This statement applies to the use of services and materials of Jurateh d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as: Jurateh d.o.o.) by the clients of Jurateh d.o.o., as well as to employment at Jurateh d.o.o.

Please note that, as part of improving our services, updates to this privacy statement may be necessary. In such cases, we will inform you accordingly.

  1. What data we collect and share

The personal data we process includes information about you as a client, collected when you place orders or visit Jurateh d.o.o., or when you complete the client consent form. It also includes data about you as an employee of Jurateh d.o.o., in accordance with labor laws and other applicable regulations, as well as data collected during payments via bank account or when establishing and fulfilling contractual relationships between you and Jurateh d.o.o., which may be directly or indirectly linked to you. This data includes: full name, phone number(s), residential address, email address, date of birth, personal identification number (OIB), and bank details in the case of bank payments.

This allows the creation of conversion statistics used to measure the effectiveness of our online advertising campaigns. A conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on a Google ad. According to Google’s data protection policies, no personal data is processed. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can disable the use of this data by deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie in your browser’s cookie settings.

We use your personal data in full compliance with legal regulations.

The personal data you provide when placing orders, visiting Jurateh d.o.o., completing the client consent form, making bank payments, or establishing and fulfilling contractual relationships with Jurateh d.o.o. will be collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations (e.g. employee data required under labor law) or contractual obligations toward you, based on your consent.

With your explicit consent, we may use your data to communicate with you, send service-related information (including birthday greetings), and inform you about our services, special offers, discounts, news, workshops, educational events, and promotions, as part of our marketing activities.

  1. Data security and sharing

To protect your data, we use passwords, web firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures in line with current technological standards. When communicating via email, data security during transmission can only be guaranteed in accordance with the current state of technology.

Client data specified in the consent form is stored in both physical and electronic formats. Original documents are secured in a locked cabinet, and access to electronic records is password-protected. The retention period for such data is two years from the client’s last interaction with Jurateh d.o.o.

Access to the client data list and client consent forms is granted to the director of Jurateh d.o.o. as the responsible person, as well as to employees of Jurateh d.o.o., as such access is necessary for the performance of obligations and services provided to clients, and is regulated in accordance with applicable legislation. Each client has the right to access the personal data held about them in the client list of Jurateh d.o.o. and any data processed about them (for example, in service user records).

Personal data provided by the client for payment via bank transfer is collected in electronic form and stored on a computer, with access protected by a password. Access to this data is granted to the director of Jurateh d.o.o. The retention period for this data is determined in accordance with applicable regulations, particularly accounting regulations.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and processed. Client data provided in the consent form for the purpose of receiving information about Jurateh d.o.o. services and marketing activities is retained until the client withdraws their consent, and no later than two years from the date of the client’s last interaction with Jurateh d.o.o.

Personal data that is collected is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of its collection and processing. Client data provided in the consent form for the purpose of receiving information about Jurateh d.o.o. services and marketing activities is retained until the client withdraws their consent, and no later than two years from the date of the client’s last interaction with Jurateh d.o.o.

Your personal data may be shared with certain contractual partners of Jurateh d.o.o. if Jurateh d.o.o. decides to engage them.

We may engage certain partners to fulfill our obligations (e.g. accounting services), provide services, communicate with clients, manage our online presence and access, and carry out the purposes outlined in this statement. Your personal data will be shared with a contractual partner of Jurateh d.o.o. only if it is necessary for the performance of a specific service related to you. We carefully select our partners to ensure lawful and secure data processing. These partners are obligated to use your personal data solely for specified purposes, in accordance with our instructions and applicable Croatian data protection laws. The use of your data by contractual partners for any other purposes is strictly prohibited.

We will not share your personal data with third parties other than the contractual partners listed above, unless you have given your consent.

Given the nature, scope, and purpose of the collection, use, and processing of personal data by Jurateh d.o.o.—including the fact that such processing is not carried out on a large scale and does not involve special categories of personal data—Jurateh d.o.o. is not subject to a legal obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer and therefore has not appointed one.

By signing the client consent form or using our website, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in the client consent form and this privacy statement.
